2022 Policies and Procedures

  1. Ordering Procedures: All orders will be taken through Simplyblissfulboutique.com.  Placing orders online allows you to pay via PayPal, or debit/credit card, shop pay and sezzle.  You’re able to select shipping, pick up or there is a delivery option for a small fee.  By switching all orders to my website, I am able to print packing slips, keep orders better organized, and you as the customer get a text or email updates as orders are fulfilled, shipped, and tracking info.  All custom orders will also be invoiced through my website.  Payment for invoiced orders is due within 24 hours.  
  2. Shipping Procedures:  In Stock, items will ship within 3-5 business days.  If in the event an item is out of stock, I will contact the customer and offer a replacement item, or the date of availability.  The choice will be given to either ship with the replacement, or wait until the product is available.  
  3. Hours of Operation: Office hours are Monday through Friday from 9am-4pm cst.  Production days are Monday, Wednesday and Friday evenings.  Tuesday and Thursdays are shipping days  I do my best to respond to my customers as soon as I can.  Weekends are reserved for family time, and messages/emails may not be replied to until Monday.  
  4. Pick Up Policies: All orders will be available for pick up at my home.  Though I do work from home, I may not always be here or available for customers to pick up.  I ask that all customers coordinate pick-up times in advance so that I can make sure I’m available or orders can be left outside.  (weather permitting) As a busy mom of 4, I understand that “life” happens, and schedules change.  I try to be very flexible and understanding.  If orders are not picked up within 14 days, I will notify the customer to make pick-up arrangements or offer to ship the order.  Orders not picked up after 30 days will either be returned to stock or donated, and a credit will be applied to the customer's account.  If a customer fails to pick up 2 orders, all future orders will require shipping.  Because Simply Blissful is run out of my home, I have limited space to hold orders.  
  5. Refund Policy:  In the event, you are unsatisfied with your products, Simply Blissful Boutique will gladly offer a replacement or Boutique Credit.  In the event an item is damaged in shipping, a replacement or Boutique Credit will also be issued.
